In
less
than
24
hours,
Vishwaroopam
will
be
finally
seeing
the
light
of
day
in
Tamil
Nadu.
Probably
for
the
first
time
in
his
career,
Kamal
Hassan
witnessed
his
own
film
not
releasing
in
his
own
state
and
instead
hitting
the
screens
in
other
parts
of
India
and
the
world.
And
the
delay,
though
commercially
affected
to
a
large
extent,
seems
to
have
garnered
more
attention
than
usual
as
there
is
a
huge
demand
for
tickets.
Advance
booking
for
Vishwaroopam
was
started
at
some
multiplexes
on
Tuesday
(February
5)
and
it
has
got
massive
response.
Especially,
tickets
for
multiplexes
in
Chennai
were
in
huge
demand
with
people
booking
tickets
in
bulk.
A
few
cinema
halls
will
screen
more
number
of
shows
than
usual
to
meet
the
demand.
As
far
as
single
screens
are
concerned,
advance
booking
will
start
from
today.

"Fans
of
Kamal
Hassan
are
flocking
to
theatres
to
book
tickets
and
it
is
a
festive
time
for
all
his
fans
in
the
state.
Especially,
the
delay
in
the
release
has
made
them
impatient
and
they
can't
wait
to
see
their
favourite
star's
film.
Surely,
Vishwaroopam
will
have
the
biggest
opening
in
the
recent
times
in
Tamil
Nadu."
Vishwaroopam,
a
dream
project
of
Kamal
Hassan,
also
features
Pooja
Kumar
and
Andrea
Jeremiah
in
the
female
lead
roles
and
Rahul
Bose
in
the
role
of
a
baddie.
