Actress Manorama's Condition Is Improving

There is a good news for all Manorama's fans. The actress, who was admitted to a private hospital in Chennai on Sunday (March 30) evening following chest pain, is resposding well to the treatement. Her condition is improving, says hospital sources.

Tamil actress Manorama, who is fondly called by the name 'Aachi' by her fans, complained of chest pain on Sunday. The doctors had suspected that she could have suffered a cardiac arrest.

"After she complained of some discomfort in her chest, we rushed her to the Apollo hospital. Doctors suspect that she might have suffered a cardiac arrest and are likely to perform angioplasty on her," the relative told IANS.

A relative her had said that the family members were waiting for the tests reports. The latest news is that she is recovering well. But is not sure whether she will have to undergo angioplasty or not.

Manorama acted in over 750 Tamil films in five decades. She was seen in Sur ya starrer Tamil action film Singam 2 in the year 2013.
