AR
Murugadoss,
who
is
busy
with
his
forthcoming
Tamil
movie
Kaththi,
has
said
that
he
is
not
happy
to
see
tweaked
remakes
of
his
films.
As
we
all
know,
his
successful
films
from
South
are
being
remade
in
Bollywood
one
after
the
other.
The
question
was
raised
in
connection
with
Bollywood
movie
Jai
Ho,
which
was
the
remake
of
his
hit
Telugu
film
Stalin.
The
Salman
Khan
starrer
film
did
not
live
up
to
audience
expectations.
There
were
lots
of
changes
made
in
the
script
and
it
appears
like
it
did
not
go
well
with
him.
"When
filmmakers
tweak
the
story
here
and
there,
I
feel
bad.
Sometimes
I
don't
want
to
watch
the
remake
of
my
films," AR
Murugadoss
said.
AR
Murugadoss
added,
"I
think
the
only
thing
which
affected
the
film
greatly
was
witnessing
remakes
back-to-back
in
Bollywood.
Of
late
there
have
been
too
many
remakes
which
we
have
been
seeing.
It
becomes
boring
for
the
audience
also.
Sometimes
you
get
tired
doing
the
same
thing.
Sometimes
people
will
compare
the
location,
costume,
actors,
music."
Meanwhile,
AR
Murugadoss
is
also
busy
with
Bollywood
movie
Holiday,
a
remake
of
blockbuster
movie
Thuppakki.
It
stars
Akshay
Kumar
and
Sonakshi
Sinha
in
the
lead
roles.
