Dhanush's Singing Talent Crosses Boundaries!

Dhanush's voice became a rage worldwide after his song 'Kolaveri' took him to places like no other singer would've gone before overnight. His singing career took off after the Kolaveri sensation and the star has never looked back since then. The latest news about the actor's singing career is that he has already sung a song for Kannada superstar Shivarajkumar's upcoming movie Vajrakaya.

Dhanush's dates were blocked three months in advance for the song, though he had agreed to lend his voice for the film several months ago. The song has been recorded in Chennai last night and the sources say that the movie's actor, producer and the music director were present at the recording and were impressed by the actor's singing ability.

No one knew about the actor's fluency in Kannada and hence five different lyrics were prepared and the one which could fit into Dhanush's comfort zone was to be selected for final recording but, one of the team member has said that "Dhanush was fluent and sang like a pro, leaving everyone surprised. No one had even imagined he could sing a Kannada song so easily".

Everyone knows how the Kaadhal Kondein actor managed to speak Hindi fluently for his film Raanjhanaa impressing one and all. Now it looks like he is set to impress the Kannada audience as well with his debut song in Kannada for Shivarajkumar's Vajrakaya. All we need to know now is, will the actor manage to win the hearts of Kannada audience as well? Let's wait and watch.
