Jayam Ravi-Hansika's Romeo Juliet Takes Off

Jayam Ravi and Hansika Motwani's Romeo Juliet took off on Monday (April 11) on the auspicious day of Tamil New Year. The film team had a pooja at a temple in Chennai to commence the shooting on a positive note.

The muhurat of Romeo Juliet was held at Adyar temple in Chennai. The entire cast and crew were in full attendance for the muhurat. Actor and director SJ Surya was the special guest, who gave the green signal for the shooting by tapping the clap for the opening scene.

Romeo Juliet is presented by Madras Enterprises and made on S Nandagopal Productions. Debutant Lakshman is making his directorial debut with the upcoming Tamil flick, which has D Imman's music and S Soundar Rajan's music with Anthony handling the editing department. The story of the film is written by none other than veteran filmmaker Mani Ratnam.

The film has started generating curiosity in the minds of audience with the first look of it getting good response from audience. The glamarous stills have impressed Jayam Ravi and Hansika Motwani fans.
