Jigarthanda Fans' Reviews
An unexpected delay in the release have not made much impact on Jigarthanda, which was supposed to release on July 25, as the Tamil flick has got a good reception from cine-goers. The Siddharth and Lakshmi Menon starrer movie has hit the screens in India on Friday (August 1) and got good reviews from audience and critics.
The expectations were huge on Jigarthanda. The success of Karthik Subbaraju's debut movie Pizza has made people keep high hopes on this project. The trailer and the promotional materials have just increased the curiosity of the audience about the Tamil flick.
Jigarthanda has Santhosh Narayanan's music and Gavemic U Ary's cinematography. Lakshmi Menon and Bobby Simha are playing the key roles in the film, which also has Karunakaran, Guru Somasundaram, Prathap Pothen, Ramachandran Durairaj and others are in the cast. The film is set in Madurai and a triangular love story between an aspiring filmmaker, an idli seller and a gangster.
