Sathuranga Vettai has become a hit in Kollywood. Without spending lakhs of rupees on promotions and without any star in the cast, the low-budget movie has managed to become a talk of the town. Now, actor Karthi has appreciated the movie, which has come as a big boost to the flick.

Actor Karthi took to Facebook account to express good words about Sathuranga Vettai. On the social networking site, he wrote, "Pls don't miss SathurangaVettai. An intelligent and emotional film which tells how our ignorance and greed is being exploited. pls watch and be aware. I love the values what the film speaks about. congratulations to the entire team!"

His good words will attract more number of audience to watch Sathuranga Vettai. We have to note that the biggest strength of the film is the positive word-of-mouth.

The Tamil movie is written and directed by H Vinodh. Natraj, Ishara Nair, Ponvannan, Illavarasu and others are in the cast. Sathuranga Vettai has Sean Roldan's music and KG Venkatesh's cinematography. It is a black-comedy heist movie produced by actor Manobala. N Lingusamy's Thirrupathi Brothers is distributing the movie.

The movie was released on July 18 and opened up to positive reviews from audience and critics.
