Kiccha Sudeep, Sridevi In Vijay-Chimudevan's Film

Kannada actor Kiccha Sudeep was supposed to do a KS Ravikumar's movie. But as the filmmaker has decided to do a Rajinikanth film prior to it, the bilingual movie has been delayed. In the meantime, the Sandalwood superstar has bagged a biggie again. Yes, he has been approached by Chimbudevan for his fantasy movie with Illayathalapathy Vijay.

We are not speculating it, but Kiccha Sudeep of Nani fame himself has confirmed about the development. He has said that he might do the fantasy film.

"I have signed a film in K S Ravikumar's direction. However, that has been pushed to sometime later this year, since K S Ravikumar is going to do a film with Rajinikanth. I might do a fantasy film in Tamil with Vijay and I'm in talks with a few other people," the Times of India quotes Sudeep as saying.

The moment after Sudeep revealed that he has been approached, many have started speculating that the Kannada actor will be doing the role of a villain like his Naan Ee. But the actor has not revealed about the role.

In the meantime, Bollywood actress Sridevi has been approached and she has given her consent. It is said that she was keen to work with Vijay and gave a nod to act with Illayathalapathy.

Deepika Padukone Turns Down Offer

On the other end, Deepika Padukone has turned down the offer to work with Vijay. As she is busy with a few projects, she could not allot dates for this flick.

Shruti Gives Green Signal

Hence, the movie bosses offered the film to Shruti Hassan and she has given green signal for the project.
