There
are
doubts
being
raised
over
the
release
date
of
Rajinikanth's
much-awaited
Kochadaiiyaan.
The
Tamil
flick
has
caught
in
the
battle
between
the
producer
and
distributors.
Hence,
the
film
has
landed
in
trouble.
Kochadaiiyaan
has
to
be
released
on
May
9.
But
the
latest
development
says
that
producer
Murali
Manohar
and
some
distributors
are
having
some
differences.
It
is
related
to
the
pending
dues
of
several
crores.
The
talks
are
on
between
the
producer
and
the
distributor
and
efforts
are
being
made
to
solve
the
issue
at
the
earliest.
Meanwhile,
Jayakumar,
Secretary
of
the
TN
Film
Distributors
Association
has
denied
any
such
development.
He
has
clarified
that
the
film
will
release
as
planned
before.
Jayakumar,
Secretary
of
the
TN
Film
Distributors
Association,
trashed
the
rumours.
He
said,
"Normally,
when
a
big
film
is
to
release,
there
are
discussions
on
percentages,
tickets
rates
and
so
on.
That
is
what
has
been
happening
in
this
case.
The
advertisements
will
be
released
from
tomorrow.
Already,
tax
exemption
has
been
granted
to
the
film.
Everything
has
been
sorted
out
and
the
film
is
all
set
to
release
as
per
schedule,." the
Times
of
India
quoted
him
as
saying.
The
mega-budget
project
is
directed
by
Soundarya
Ashwin
and
Deepika
Padukone
plays
the
female
lead
role.
