Tamil audience will get to see a host of big banner Tamil films this summer. Some of the most-anticipated films are game to hit the screens in the coming months. Here, we are bringing you the list of big banner films releasing in the coming months.

Movie: Maan Karate
Release Date: April 4
Maan Karate is the first big film in the coming months that will hit the screens. Sivakarthikeyan and Hansika Motwani starring film has garnered public attention with its trailer and songs. It is directed by Thirukumaran and produced by AR Murugadoss. The film will release on April 4.

Movie: Kochadaiiyaan
Release Date: April 11 (Likely)
Rajinikanth's much-awaited Kochadaiiyaan will finally see the light of the day this summer. The film is likely to hit the screens on April 11. Having said that there are also chances of the film getting postponed to a later date. It is an animated film directed by Soundarya Ashwin and features Deepika Padukone, Sarath Kumar, Jackie Shroff, Nassar and others in the cast. Oscar Award winner AR Rahman has composed the music.

Shankar's Ai is the biggest movie in 2014. The film starring Vikram and Amy Jackson was supposed to hit the screens in April. But now, it appears like it has been postponed. The romantic-thriller is likely to hit the screens either in May or June.
