Naan Sigappu Manithan has got fantastic opening at the Box Office on the first day. The Tamil film has got overwhelming response from Vishal Krishna and Lakshmi Menon's fans worldwide. The kissing scene, which has cost the movie 'U' certificate, has got good attention of mass audience. Though the film is not eligible for the 30% tax exemption, the movie bosses were sure of pulling audience with the hyped lip-lock between Vishal Krishna and Lakshmi Menon.
Maan Karate is still ruling the Box Office. But this did not affect Naan Sigappu Manithan to much extent as it has got decent number of screens for its release.
