Nagarjuna Too In Mani Ratnam's Next?

We had recently reported that Mani Ratnam had approached Mahesh Babu for his next movie. The latest news about the project is that yet another Telugu star has been approached. Well, the buzz says that Nagarjuna is the latest entry into the film.

Mani Ratnam has met Nagarjuna a few days ago after meeting Mahesh Babu. They discussed about the project and the Telugu superstar gave a green signal to the project without a second thought.

It is said that the director asked Nag whether he was okay sharing the screen space with the Dookudu actor, for which Nagarjuna had no issues. Mani Ratnam will be having further talks with both actors once he completes the scripting works. Other cast and crew are yet to be finalised.

Nagarjuna and Mani Ratnam had earlier worked in Telugu Blockbuster film Geethanjali. The film had won several awards. However, the Telugu actor is busy with Sri Jagadguru Aadi Sankara, Bhai and Manam. He has to complete these three movies before taking up the new project.

On the other end, Mahesh Babu, whose is basking in the success of last-week release 1: Nenokkadine, is busy with Aagadu.

Mani Ratnam is returning to a pure commercial movie after his back-to-back flops Raavanan and Kadal.
