Nagarjuna's Wife Gives Thumbs Up To Saivam

Telugu superstar Nagarjuna's wife Amala Akkineni has given thumbs up to director Vijay's forthcoming movie Saivam. Indeed, she has went on to say that the Tamil flick is eligible for tax exemption.

Amala Akkineni saw Saivam at a special screening. After watching it, the yesteryear actress said that the Tamil flick is a beautiful movie and it is eligible for tax exemption considering the message that the movie gives on animal welfare.

"It is a beautiful film and considering the value of the animal welfare message in the film and the cultural relevance, it's eligible for tax exemption," Amala Akkineni said in a statement.

"The film will be a lesson to the future generations on culture and animal welfare. My special congrats to the cast and crew of the film," the statement added.

Saivam is about a relationship of a child and a rooster. Baby Sara of Deiva Thirumagal fame, Nassar, Twaraa, Luthfudeen Baashaa, Kausalya and Ravi are in the cast. The Tamil flick will release on June 27.
