Purampokku All Set To Compete With Itself!

Purampokku, featuring Arya, Vijay Sethupathi, Shaam and Karthika has been in news ever since the final casting of the movie was announced and also managed to get a place in the list of ''Top 10 most anticipated films of 2014''. The latest news is that the movie will be released early next year but the producers are in no mood to let the movie clash with any other movies that might be released next year for Pongal.

Purampokku is directed by S. P. Jananathan of Peranmai fame and the music is taken care by a new comer named Varshan. The audio of this film is likely to be released in the third week of November and according to the sources, the producers are eyeing for a grand audio launch.

Dhananjayan of UTV Motion Pictures is known for his strategies in releasing his films and it looks like the producers are keen on a solo release. The release date of the movie will be decided after making sure no other movie releases on the same day, say sources.
