The big day is here for actress Sameera Reddy, as she is all set to tie the knot today (January 21). Her wedding it taking place with businessman Akshay Varde in Mumbai.

Sources say that Sameera Reddy tying the knot with Akshay Varde in Bandra, Mumbai today. But it is a private event that is attended by the close friends and relatives of the couple. The love birds had engaged on December 14 last year in a quite manner.

Earlier, it was said that Sameera Reddy and Akshay Varde would be taking the nuptial knot in April. But the couple has suddenly changed their plans, as the groom is expected to be busy with his business commitments in the later part of the year.

The wedding costumes have been designed by Neeta Lulla. The couple is tying the knot as per the Hindu customs.

Sameera Reddy and Akshay Varde have been seeing together for a while. However, the couple doesn't have honeymoon plans in the near future. They are expected to be taking a short holiday post their marriage celebrations.

The actress, who started her acting career with Maine Dil Tujko Diya in 2002, has not signed any movie in the recent times.
