Sekhar Kammula Cites 2 Examples Of Nayantara's Commitment

Nayantara seems to have taken her professionalism to the next level in her forthcoming movie Nee Enge En Anbe. The actress' commitment to her role has been praised by director Sekhar Kammula.

Sekhar Kammula has said that Nayantara has delivered her best to date for his Nee Enge En Anbe. He even quoted couple of incidents that speaks volume about her commitment. He narrates, "Once in an important sequence, I noticed well-grown and well-groomed nails in her hand. It looked good but it did not go well with the character that she plays in the film. When I referred to Nayan on this, she just smiled and walked back minutes later with her nails cut."

"I was astonished by her commitment to the project, as I had already planned my shots without exposing her nails. Another incident was an action sequence. It required some acrobatic and risky stunts too. We were discussing the body double when Nayantara intervened and refused to allow the dupe. Her version was ' I'm ok with this, please go ahead.' She did the sequences herself and her hard work was evident in every frame of the sequence," the director concludes.
