Shankar's Good Words Boost Dhanush's Velaiyilla Pattathari (Velai Iilla Pattathari)

Maverick filmmaker Shankar has praised Dhanush's latest movie Velaiyilla Pattathari. His good words have come as a big boost to the movie, which is doing impressive business at Box Office.

Shankar took Twitter to appreciate Velaiyilla Pattathari. After watching the film at a special screening, he had special mentions about Dhanush's performance, Anirudh Ravichander's music and Velraj's direction and declared it as a good entertainer.

He wrote, "Saw VIP, lively movie njoyd evry bit. Dhanushநச்perfrmnce Anirudhமுறுக்music Vel done Velraj. Fully satsfyng movie 4 audnce aftr a long time."

Anirudh Ravichander thanked Shankar instantly on Twitter for his good words and said, "Thank you sir ! :) Very kind of you.."

Velaiyilla Pattathari was released on July 18 and got mixed reviews. The Tamil move, which marks the milestone movie of Dhanush, has the necessary commercial elements, which have impressed the mass and class audience.

The Dhanush and Amala Paul starrer film has minted Rs.24 crores (nett) in 10 days at domestic Box Office. The movie has recovered the production cost and turning out to be one of the few commercial hits of 2014. The performance of Velaiyilla Pattathari at international circuit is good.
