Sonakshi Sinha Confirms Working With Rajinikanth

Sonakshi Sinha's entry has been delayed for one or the other reasons. She was supposed to make her grand debut in Vishwaroopam starring Kamal Hassan. But she walked out of the project after the shooting was delayed. She was recently approached to do an item number in Surya's Anjaan. Even it could not be materialised. Now, the Bollywood girl is finally ready to enter Kollywood with none other than Rajinikanth's film.

Confirming the news, Sonakshi Sinha has claimed that she is finally entering South films. She is thrilled to be working with superstar Rajinikanth. "I am finally making my debut in the South. I could not have asked for a better project to start with; it's a wonderful story and it's opposite the one and only Rajini sir. I am looking forward to expanding my horizons with this project," a daily quoted the actress as saying.

The upcoming movie also features Anushka Shetty in an important role. Other cast and crew are uet to be finalised. The untitled film is directed by KS Ravikumar and the story is written by his former associate Pon Kumaran of Priyamani starrer Chaarulatha fame. It is not clear who will produce the film.
