Surya is turning a year older today (July 10). The actor, who is gearing up for his next release Anjaan, is celebrating his 39th birthday.

He started his career with Nerrukku Ner in the year 1997. Since then, he has appeared in above 30 movies and become one of the most successful actors among his generation of actors. Today, he features in the list of top five A-list actors of Kollywood.
