Taapsee Roped In For Vai Raja Vai

Taapsee Pannu, who was last seen in Ajith Kumar's Arrambam, is ready to return with guest appearance. She will be seen in the special role in Aishwarya Dhanush's second outing Vai Raja Vai.

The director herself revealed the news on Twitter. Aishwarya Dhanush wrote, "Oops! Missed out on wishing the new additions to my team :):) happy pongal dear @taapsee n Daniel balaji..Welcome on board team #vairajavai"

"Looking forward to play yet another different n special role in vai raja vai. Thanks for having me on board @ash_r_dhanush, "Taapsee Pannu confirmed the news on Twitter. Soon her followers bombarded her with lots of questions. But she refused to reveal further about her role.

She tweeted, "Can't reveal much. All I can say is expect the unexpected out of me in vai raja vai." Meanwhile, she is busy with Hindi movie Running Shaadi.com.

Vai Raja Vai features Gautham Karthik and Priya Anand in the lead roles. The forthcoming Tamil film is produced by Kalpathi S Aghoram on the banner AGS Entertainment. Vivek, Daniel Balaji, Vasanth, Gayathri Raguram, Sathish and others are in the cast.

Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music for the film and Velraj has handled the camera.
