A leading magazine had fuelled the debate recently over the next superstar by declaring Vijay as the next person to occupy the Rajinikanth's seat. But this was not welcomed by the fans' of other actors who believe that there were better candidates than the Nanban actor for the top position. Amid this arguments, the magazine has now decided to organise a grand function to crown Vijay as the next superstar of Tamil.

As per the reports, the Kumudam, which has re-started the debate, has planned a mega-event. The grand function will be held in Madurai where Vijay enjoys a good fan following. The magazine is leaving no stone unturned to make it a talk of the town and it has extended the invitation for the stars from other industries also!
