Vijay's Next To Be Made With A Budget of 200 Crore?

Director Chimbu Deven of Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikesi's fame is busy finalizing the cast for his upcoming movie with actor Vijay. The film, which is said to be an adventure fantasy is being produced by Vijay's P.R.O as well as his manager, P.T.Selvakumar. According to a source, this film is being made with a jaw-dropping budget of 200 crore rupees.

The movie which is at its pre-production stage will have Vijay, Shruti Haasan and Hansika Motwani in the lead roles. Thambi Ramaiah is the latest inclusion to the star cast and the director is surely not stopping with him. The shooting of this film will commence from next month once Vijay's Kaththi hits the screens.

If speculations are true, this movie will become the costliest film ever produced in Kollywood surpassing Shankar's yet to release I which boasts of a 150-crore budget. This alleged mega budget flick will be Vijay's 58th and the director Chimbu Deven's 5th movie.

Having just directed four films, this one is sure to be an acid test for the filmmaker given the star cast and the budget of this complete fantasy film.
