Vishal's Attempt To Help Theatre Artistes

Vishal, first came into the film industry with a dream of becoming a director and started working with Arjun Sarja as an assistant director. After having worked with the actor in some of his movies including Vedham, the Sandakozhi actor got an opportunity to act in Chellamae as the lead actor. Ever since Chellamae happened, Vishal has grown tremendously in the industry from being a successful actor to starting his own production company. Now, Vishal is planning to start a new system in an attempt to help the theatre artistes gain entry into the film fraternity.

To get things started for his new system, a musical concert named Chicago is being produced by the actor under his production banner, Vishal Film Factory. Varalaxmi of Podaa Podi fame too will join the actor in producing the concert while Yuvan Shankar Raja will compose music for the show.

On being asked about the musical concert, "Stage shows have helped me to develop my acting skills. Here we have many talented theatre artistes, this Chicago musical concert is an attempt to create a window of opportunity for them to gain access into the film industry" said the actor.
