Director Shankar Confirms The Commencement Of Enthiran 2, Calls It 2.0!

After numerous speculations about the commencement of Rajinikanth's Enthiran 2, here is the official confirmation, straight from the horse's mouth. Yes, the much awaited film finally goes on floors from today, as confirmed by its director Shankar.

"2.0 shoot starts from tomorrow.. Excited !!!", the Enthiran film-maker wrote on his official social networking page last night.

The team of Enthiran 2 is currently stationed at Chembarambakkam (EVP), where shooting will go on till the end of this year, according to a report.

It is said that a huge set has been erected there and that the team will shoot without Rajinikanth for the next few days as the star actor is currently busy working on his immediate release, Kabali.

However, Rajinikanth will be present today on the sets of Enthiran 2, and Shankar has also planned to capture a couple of scenes with the superstar, facing the camera.

Madhan Karky, who is a part of the mega budget project, expressed his excitement, "Endhiran 2.0 shoot begins today. Happy and proud to be part of the sequel. Heartfelt thanks and wishes to Director @shankarshanmugh." He wrote on his Twitter page.
