Irudhi Suttru Official Trailer Review: Maddy Impresses As A Troubled Boxing Coach

By Avinash

Madhavan, who was last seen in Vettai way back in 2012, is making a come back of sorts to Tamil cinema through Irudhi Suttru. The trailer of this much anticipated film, in which Madhavan will be seen as a boxing coach, has been unveiled by actor Sivakarthikeyan.

The 1 minute 40 seconds trailer suggests that Madhavan's character in the movie might have shades of grey. A troubled boxing coach, who seems to have a problem in keeping his emotions in check with the ladies, combines to form a rather interesting trailer.

Being a Tamil-Hindi bilingual, Irudhi Suttru has some new faces which might augur well for the movie here in Tamil Nadu.

Santhosh Narayanan's background score will definitely be a factor to watch out for when the movie hits the big screen. In the trailer though, his BGM and song might remind you of a track from Jyothika's 36 Vayadhinile.

Going by the trailer, Irudhi Suttru looks like a different attempt from Madhavan which is a welcome move. The movie is expected to release in January, next year.
