Stunt
performer
and
actor
Shihan
Hussaini
who
has
made
prominent
appearances
in
many
Tamil
films
has
performed
a
crucifixion
act
by
driving
nails
right
into
his
hands
and
feet.
He
has
claimed
that
the
daring
act
is
a
form
of
protest
to
bring
J
Jayalalitha
back
as
the
Chief
Minister
of
Tamil
Nadu.
Shihan
Hussaini,
who
is
better
known
for
his
role
as
a
kick-boxing
coach
in
the
Ilayathalapathy
Vijay
starrer
Badri
has
attracted
many
criticisms
for
his
daredevilry
stunt.
On
probing
more,
it
is
learned
that
Shihan
Hussaini's
act
was
planned
well
in
advance
and
it
is
not
new
for
him
to
take
up
such
challenges.
As
he
is
a
professional
stuntman,
he
has
performed
many
stunts
in
the
past
and
has
also
attempted
to
get
his
name
in
the
book
of
Guinness
World
Records.
There
are
also
talks
that
the
crucifixion
act
could
be
a
publicity
stunt
to
attract
attention
by
using
the
former
Chief
Minister's
name.
Also,
Shihan
Hussaini
had
shared
on
his
social
networking
page
that
he
was
getting
prepared
for
a
crucifixion
stunt
but
did
not
mention
anywhere
that
it
would
be
done
in
support
of
J
Jayalalitha.
Looks
like
the
decision
to
include
Jayalalitha's
name
in
the
stunt
was
decided
at
the
last
moment.
He
was
also
seen
wearing
a
T-shirt
that
read
'amma'
while
performing
the
stunt.
Shihan
Hussaini
is
also
a
popular
TV
personality
who
has
hosted
a
number
of
self
defence
shows
and
cookery
shows.
