Papanasam: Weekend Box Office Predictions!

Kamal Haasan's Papanasam is running successfully across India with some calling it a miracle as the film was released sans any trouble (usually Kamal movies go through a lot before hitting the screens). Now that it has released, the next obvious question is will it become a box office success?

Going by the reviews, Papanasam should definitely be a box office success but what really matters is a good word of mouth and the possible competition this film might face.

In Tamil Nadu, two prominent movies were released yesterday(3rd July) namely Papanasam and Palakkattu Madhavan. Papanasam has got a huge thumbs up from critics as well as fans and hence the Vivek starrer might not be able to give it a tough competition.

Going by trade sources, the Kamal Haasan starrer might collect big in all centres. If it does really well throughout the weekend, it might collect close to 5 crore rupees from its opening weekend in Tamil Nadu alone.
