PHOTOS: Suriya Celebrates Birthday With Family, Celebrities Pour In Their Wishes
Prominent Tamil star Suriya is celebrating his birthday today (23rd July) with family and close friends. The celebrations started early in the morning as his family members surprised him with a small party involving cake and balloons.
The party was a private affair and it also witnessed Suriya's father and yesteryear actor Sivakumar revelling in the event. As this is Suriya's 40th birthday, the occasion is indeed special for the Singam actor, after all life begins at 40 doesn't it?
Popular music director Devi Sri Prasad (DSP) was also seen celebrating the event along with Suriya. DSP has worked along with Suriya in movies like Singam and Singam 2 and has remained one of Suriya's best buddies ever since.
Many other celebrities have conveyed their wishes to the actor through social media forums. Young music sensation Anirudh who will shortly be working with Suriya in Singam 3 had taken to Twitter to express his wish.
He had written, "Wishing a very happy birthday to @Suriya_offl sir ! To many more hits and accolades Love, Anirudh".
Young Superstar Silambarasan too had taken out time to wish the Anjaan actor, he wrote, "Happy birthday to the most dedicated and talented actor @Suriya_offl anna .Sorry na couldn't make it for the party due to shoot .God bless".
