Puli Latest News: Ilayathalapathy Vijay To Play Three Different Roles!
The big news that's been coming in is that Ilayathalapathy Vijay will not be seen in two roles in his upcoming film Puli but will don three different roles according to reports. It is also being said that the third character has been kept under wraps and will come across as a surprise when the movie hits the silver screen.
While the sources have confirmed that Vijay will be seen as a commander and cartoonist in the film, the third role is something that Vijay has never tried before and that it will be a treat to all his fans. Earlier there were reports doing rounds that the Kaththi actor might be seen as a dwarf in the film which was later rubbished by the team of Puli.
With this news of Vijay playing three different characters surfacing, new excitement among fans pertaining to this movie has emerged. If reports are to be believed then it must be noted that this is the first time Vijay will be seen in three different roles.
After fabricating back to back 100 crore grossers in Thuppakki and Kaththi, there will be certain amount of pressure on Vijay and the director of Puli Chimbu Deven to dish out a successful film considering the fact that Puli has already consumed loads of money.
Being produced by Vijay's manager PT Selvakumar and a famous distributor from Kerala, Shibu K Thameen, Puli's overall budget can easily shoot up to more than 150 crores considering the genre of the film. It also stars prominent actors like Sridevi, Sudeep, Shruti Haasan and Hansika among others.
