OMG! Samantha Rejects Sivakarthikeyan?
It was earlier reported that Samantha would be a part of Sivakarthikeyan's maiden venture as a producer and that she has given her consent to play Siva's leading lady.
But, sources close to the Kaththi actress have said that Samantha had to reject Sivakarthikeyan's project as she doesn't have dates and that she already has number of projects in Tamil and Telugu.
"Samantha is currently working in three films in Tamil. Vikram's 10 Endradhukulla is in its final stages of shoot and she has finished the first schedule for the Suriya-Vikram Kumar film.
She will be shooting with Dhanush for Velraj's film post which she will join the sets of Vijay-Atlee film at the end of this year.
She has her Telugu projects as well. She was approached for Sivakarthikeyan's maiden production but had to turn it down because currently, she doesn't have any dates until the end of the year", confirmed a source.
Meanwhile Sivakarthikeyan's upcoming film Rajini Murugan has reached the post production stage and is expected to be released on 17th of July, as announced by the film's producers, Subash Chandrabose and Lingusamy of Thirrupathi Brothers.
The film has Keerthi Suresh playing Sivakarthikeyan's love interest. It also has Soori playing his sidekick, Samuthirakani as the film's main antagonist and Rajkiran playing Siva's grandfather.
