Thala Ajith Beats Rajinikanth And Vijay To Become The Richest Tamil Actor!
According to the latest report, Forbes India magazine has released the names of top 100 celebrities who are considered to be rich, famous and influential.
The report which was published by Indiaglitz has it that Thala Ajith who is placed 19th and 98th in the rich and influential index respectively has overtaken the likes of Rajinikanth to become the richest Tamil actor.
Superstar Rajinikanth is placed 21st in the list of 100 richest Indian celebrities. When it comes to his popularity, he takes the 89th place, quite surprisingly.
Ilayathalapathy Vijay is not far behind as he has been given the slots 23rd and 80th in being rich and famous respectively. The result effectively means that Vijay is more influential than Rajinikanth and Ajith.
But isn't Rajinikanth Asia's second highest paid actor? Well he is, but thanks to fewer number of movies in the last couple of years coupled with the Lingaa issue, his wealth has taken a dip, it seems.
Vijay on the other hand has not increased his salary in recent times and accepts less or more similar pay cheque for almost all his movies, leaving Ajith to lead the race of the wealthiest when it comes to actors.

Lingaa girl Sonakshi takes the 31st position in the list of 100 richest Indian celebrities. Her popularity quotient is even better as she is positioned 16th.
Shreya Ghoshal
Singer Shreya Ghoshal is the 41st richest Indian celebrity in the list. Her popularity quotient is even better as she takes the 21st spot.
Kangana Ranaut
Dhaam Dhoom heroine Kangana is the 52nd richest Indian celebrity. She is also the 67th influential Indian actress.
Dhanush
Thanks to his success in Tamil and Hindi alike, Dhanush is the 53rd richest Indian celebrity in the list of 100. His popularity level gets him the 77th position.
Shilpa Shetty
Shilpa Shetty who was seen in many Tamil films at the peak of her career is placed 57th as far as being rich is concerned. Her popularity level has gained her the 67th spot.
Prabhu Deva
The choreographer turned actor turned director is places at the 59th position for being rich. As far as being the influential, he takes the 87th spot.
Anupam Kher
Actor Anupam Kher who is known for his roles in movies like V.I.P and Little John takes the 60th slot in the list of the richies. His popularity quotient is not bad either as he has been given the 64th slot.
