Thala Ajith-Shalini Welcomes A Baby Boy!

Thala Ajith and his wife, former actress Shalini welcomed their second child, a baby boy, today. Shalini gave birth to the baby, early in the morning at a private hospital in Chennai. Both the mother and baby are doing fine.

Sources related to Thala Ajith and Shalini confirmed the news and posted a picture of the couple in Twitter. The family, friends and fans of Ajith wished the couple for the new bundle of joy, through Facebook and Twitter. The new born baby has been named as 'Kutty Thala', by the fans and media.

Ajith and Shalini fell in love during the filming of their popular movie Amarkkalam, in 1999. The couple tied the knot immediately after the release of the movie, in April 2000. Following the marriage, Shalini retired from acting. The couple's first child, Anoushka was born on January 3^rd, 2008.

It is a bright phase for Thala Ajith, in both personal and professional lives. The actor's recent release, Yennai Arindahaal directed by Goutham Menon, has already emerged as a super hit. The actor will soon join the sets of Siva directed upcoming action thriller, which will likely have Shruthi Haasan as the female lead.
