These Tamil Actresses Will Set The Stage On Fire At SIIMA Awards 2015!
South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA Awards) was initiated by Vishnuvardhan Induri in the year 2012 who is also the founder of Celebrity Cricket League (CCL).
Since 2012, the award function is being held in a grand manner every year and it usually spans across two days. The first day is dedicated to upcoming talents while the second day witnesses the main award function.
The first SIIMA ceremony took place at the World Trade Centre in Dubai and now after three years, the ocassion has returned to where it all began after it was held at Sharjah and Kuala Lumpur in the second and third year respectively.
As far as the nominations are concerned, Goli Soda, Jigarthanda, Velaiyilla Pattathari, Madras and Kaththi have been submitted under the Best Film category.
While Dhanush, Vijay, Karthi, Siddharth and Vijay Sethupathi have been nominated for Best Actors, names such as Hansika, Amala Paul, Samantha, Lakshmi Menon and Vedhika have been proposed under Best Actress category.
Major celebrities across all four South Indian film industries will be seen in this year's SIIMA Awards and some of the most gorgeous ladies will be performing at the grand event.

Shruti Haasan
Looks like Shruti Haasan has found a knack of walking away with awards for her work in Telugu cinema. While she had won the Best Actress award in the second edition of the award function for her Telugu movie Gabbar Singh, this year she has been nominated for Race Gurram. Whether or not she will win it this year, she will definitely entertain one and all with her performance.
Shriya Saran
Actress Shriya Saran is all set to mesmerize everyone with her dance performance. She has been nominated for her performance in the Telugu film Manam under the category Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Female).
Amala Paul
Making a comeback to the big stage as a performer after her marriage, Mynaa actress Amala Paul will be keen to deliver the goods. This year she has been nominated for her performance in the movie Velaiyilla Pattathari.
Taapsee Pannu
Taapsee is all set to turn on the heat in Dubai through her performance. It is speculated that she will perform for a musical medley along with a group of dancers.
Pooja Hegde
This cute looking actress who was seen in Jiiva's Mugamoodi will be performing at the SIIMA for the very first time. She has been nominated for the Telugu film Oka Laila Kosam under Best Debutante Female category.
Will The Performers Become Winners?
Except Taapsee who did not have any releases in Tamil last year, all the actresses mentioned in this list have been nominated under various categories. It will be interesting to see if any of these girls can walk away with an award.
