Top Reasons To Watch Vishnuvardhan's Yatchan And Pa Vijay's Strawberry
Many Tamil movies are scheduled to hit the silver screen this Friday (September 11th), but the most prominent ones among them are Vishnuvardhan's Yatchan and Pa Vijay's Strawberry and these two movies might give us many reasons to catch them on the big screen.
Interestingly, both Yatchan and Strawberry are multi-starrers with many prominent actors and actresses involved in both the projects.
While Yatchan houses Arya, Kreshna, Deepa Sannidhi and Swati Reddy in lead roles, Strawberry boasts of having on board performers like Samuthirakani and Devayani apart from the lead actors (Pa Vijay and Avani Modi).
Though Yatchan is expected to have an advantage over Strawberry because of the movie's popularity and the kind of reputation Vishnuvardhan is associated with, the Pa Vijay directorial will taste success if the horror flick manages to impress movie buffs.

Vishnuvardhan
With movies like Pattiyal, Billa and Arrambam under his belt, Vishnuvardhan is one of the most stylish and bankable directors of Tamil cinema. Yatchan is the seventh Tamil film of his career and is touted to be an action comedy entertainer.
Impressive Casting
Apart from the lead actors, Yatchan has performers like Kishore, MS Bhaskar, Ponvannan, Robo Shankar and YG Mahendran to name a few. Famed Hindi actor Adil Hussain of English Vinglish fame is making his Tamil debut through Yatchan.
Strong Technical Crew
Yatchan is expected to be technically sound as apart from prominent technicians like Om Prakash (cinematographer) and Yuvan Shankar Raja (music director), the film also has 8 time National Award winner Sreekar Prasad at the editing table. Story is penned by the famous duo Suresh and Balakrishnan, commonly known as Subha.
Promises To Be A Good Horror Flick
Amidst a string of horror comedy flicks, that been dominating Kollywood over the last few months, Strawberry promises to be a proper horror flick with a genuine intention to frighten its audience. The recently released Demonte Colony did just that and succeeded at the box office.

In one of his recent interviews, Pa Vijay said that Strawberry is more than just a horror film as it has a strong social message embedded in it. He also promised that the film would change the way we think about many issues at the moment.
