Even
as
uncertainty
looms
over
the
release
date
of
Ilayathalapathy
Vijay's
Puli,
updates
regarding
the
much
awaited
fantasy
flick
keep
pouring
from
all
corners
which
doesn't
come
across
as
a
surprise
as
Puli
is
one
of
the
most
anticipated
Tamil
movie
of
the
year.
The
latest
one
is
about
how
the
entire
team
had
to
brave
themselves
while
encountering
snakes
and
wild
elephants
in
the
shooting
spot
of
Puli.
According
to
the
latest
report,
if
Vijay
had
to
fight
dangerous
animals
on-screen,
others
were
made
to
ward
them
off
of-screen.
In
an
interview
to
Times
of
India,
cameraman
Natarajan
Subramaniam
aka
Natty
has
explained
why
Puli
was
a
challenging
project,
not
only
to
him
but
to
the
entire
team.
"We
would
be
busy
setting
up
the
shoot
and
suddenly
someone
would
spot
a
snake",
he
has
said.
He
has
also
recollected
how
an
elephant
made
them
run
for
life
when
it
crossed
the
shooting
spot
in
the
forest.
Post
these
incidents,
it
is
said
that
they
had
to
shoot
with
forest
officials
beside
them,
guaranteeing
their
safety.
Natty
has
also
requested
fans
and
movie
buffs
not
to
compare
Puli
with
Baahubali
as
both
these
films
house
two
different
genres
and
that
their
story
lines
differ
from
each
other.
Natty
has
also
revealed
that,
on
the
sets
of
Puli,
Vijay
would
call
him
'anna'
(elder
brother),
'thambi'
(younger
brother)
or
'nanban'
(friend)
depending
on
his
mood.

Charm
