With
just
over
a
week
left
for
2015
to
make
way
for
the
New
Year,
it
is
time
for
us
to
revisit
this
wonderful
year,
with
respect
to
Tamil
cinema.
And
what
better
way
to
do
it
than
voting
for
our
favourite
movie,
actor,
actress
etc.,
to
show
our
support
towards
them?
To
begin
with,
we
have
prepared
a
list
of
actors
who
did
their
best
to
entertain
one
and
all
in
the
year
2015.

your
favourite
among
them.
Vikram,
not
only
put
his
health
under
serious
risk
by
losing
and
gaining
weight
in
dramatic
style,
he
also
came
up
with
one
of
the
best
acts
Tamil
cinema
has
seen
in
the
recent
past.
As
usual,
the
master
of
acting
exhibited
different
shades
of
performances
throughout
this
flick.
Atharvaa
for
Eetti
Playing
the
role
of
an
athlete
is
always
a
difficult
job.
But
Atharvaa
did
exactly
that
with
high
precision.
His
efforts
to
tone
his
body
helped
the
film
a
great
deal.
Thani
Oruvan
had
a
great
villain
in
Arvind
Swamy.
If
not
for
a
great
performance
from
its
hero,
the
film
would've
fallen
flat.
That's
where
Jayam
Ravi's
contribution
came
in
handy.
Karthi
has
a
knack
of
delivering
some
of
his
best
performances
while
taking
up
a
village
based
flick.
If
it
was
Paruthiveeran
in
2007,
it
definitely
is
Komban
8
years
later.

the
story
in
the
slides
below
to
know
if
your
favourite
actor
is
in
the
list.
Vijay
Sethupathi
for
Naanum
Rowdy
Dhaan
Kudos
to
Vijay
Sethupathi
for
choosing
yet
another
interesting
film.
Also,
his
character
in
Naanum
Rowdy
Dhaan
was
such
that
it
demanded
score
of
underplay,
and
that's
exactly
what
was
delivered
by
the
Orange
Mittai
actor.
Suriya
for
Masss
Playing
the
role
of
a
Tamilian
from
Sri
Lanka,
Suriya
impressed
critics
as
well
as
fans
by
perfecting
the
accent
of
Ceylon
Tamil.
Masss
was
also
the
star
actor's
first
horror
flick,
in
which
he
had
played
a
ghost.
Dhanush
for
Anegan
&
Thanga
Magan
Dhanush
played
4
different
characters
in
Anegan
and
all
four
roles
had
unique
characterizations.
In
Thanga
Magan
too,
he
managed
to
impress
one
and
all
by
playing
a
lad
and
then
a
responsible
family
man.
Vijay
for
Puli
Vijay's
intrepid
move
of
selecting
a
fantasy
movie
to
entertain
audiences
of
all
classes
has
to
be
appreciated.
Though
the
film
did
not
fare
as
expected
at
the
box
office,
the
Theri
star's
performance
deserves
an
applaud.
Sivakarthikeyan
for
Kaaki
Sattai
Sivakarthikeyan
did
justice
to
the
role
he
played
in
this
movie.
Donning
the
khaki
for
the
first
time
in
his
career,
the
Ethir
Neechal
actor
did
well
to
present
his
character
convincingly.
Simbu
for
Vaalu
After
a
long
hiatus,
Simbu's
Vaalu
finally
managed
to
hit
the
big
screen
this
year.
The
actor's
dialogue
delivery
and
body
language
were
some
of
the
highlights
of
this
flick.
