AR Murugadoss On 'Thuppakki 2' Starring Ilayathalapathy Vijay!
After dishing out two hugely successful films with Ilayathalapathy Vijay, director AR Murugadoss started working on his Hindi flick with Lingaa actress Sonakshi Sinha in the lead.
With latest reports confirming Murugadoss' collaboration with Mahesh Babu for a Tamil-Telugu bilingual post his Hindi project, Vijay fans in Tamil Nadu are apparently mobbing the famed film-maker whenever he is spotted in the state, with an obvious question.
While fans are eager to know if Murugadoss is planning to join hands with Vijay any time soon, a few are also asking him if he would helm 'Thuppakki 2', a sequel to his blockbuster hit, Thuppakki.
Though Murugadoss usually evades such questions with the charming smile of his, it is said that the Kaththi director has divulged to some of his close friends about 'Thuppakki 2'.
According to a report, Murugadoss is convinced that he has already narrated the story of Thuppakki to the fullest and that trying to inflate the same story in the name of a sequel would most certainly result in a monotonous screenplay.
So, it can be safely said that 'Thuppakki 2' is not on the cards. However, the much awaited collaboration between AR Murugadoss and Vijay is on and might happen sooner or later.
