Trisha
Krishnan,
who
recently
celebrated
her
33rd
birthday,
has
developed
a
liking
towards
horror
films
it
seems,
for
the
talented
actress
has
signed
yet
another
horror
movie,
according
to
a
report.
After
featuring
in
Sundar's
directorial
flick
Aranmanai
2,
the
Yennai
Arindhaal
actress
went
on
to
sign
Goverdhan
Reddy's
Nayaki,
a
Tamil-Telugu
bilingual
retro
horror
comedy.
As
the
title
suggests
Trisha
plays
the
lead
in
the
film.
She
even
went
on
to
lend
her
voice
for
the
first
time
as
she
sung
a
song
titled
'Bhayam',
which
will
feature
in
the
film.
Post
Nayaki,
Trisha
will
once
again
be
seen
in
a
horror
film.
To
be
directed
by
Madesh
of
Madhurey
fame,
the
yet
untitled
project
will
have
its
music
composed
by
Mervin
Solomon
and
Vivek.
According
to
a
report
from
Times
of
India,
the
film
will
go
on
floors
before
the
end
of
May
and
the
first
schedule
will
be
shot
entirely
in
London.
"We
are
excited
to
be
working
on
this
project
as
this
will
be
our
first
horror
film.
We
have
planned
for
a
four-song
album.
Since
most
of
the
film
will
be
shot
in
London,
the
songs
will
be
more
orchestral," Mervin
Solomon
has
said.
The
musician
has
also
said
that
it
is
a
challenge
to
compose
music
for
a
horror
film,
"I
have
to
say
that
this
genre
is
quite
challenging
to
work
on.
The
music
has
to
elevate
every
scene,
only
then
will
the
audiences
be
able
to
connect
to
the
emotions."
The
makers
of
this
upcoming
film
are
yet
to
announce
rest
of
the
cast
and
crew.
Like
Nayaki,
this
too,
might
revolve
around
the
character
played
by
Trisha.
She
is
also
awaiting
the
release
of
Bhogi.
Also
starring
Poonam
Bajwa,
Oviya
and
Samuthirakani
in
important
roles,
Bhogi
has
Trisha
playing
the
lead.
