'Iraivi' Might Be Yet Another Karthik Subburaj Special!

After fabricating fascinating movies like Pizza and Jigarthanda, Karthik Subburaj has transformed into a director to watch out for, with many prominent personalities calling him the future of Tamil cinema along with other technicians and actors.

Quite naturally, his upcoming movie Iraivi has caught the attention of many even before its release, which is a success in itself. Starring Vijay Sethupathi, Bobby Simha, Anjali, Kamalinee Mukherjee and SJ Surya in important roles, the film is expected to be yet another intriguing entertainer from the young film-maker.

Touted as the tale of many women, Iraivi might talk about feminism and the importance of women in today's world. While Santhosh Narayanan has composed the tunes and background score, Sivakumar Vijayan has cranked the camera.

The teaser of the film was released recently and has been received positively by fans and movie buffs. Iraivi is expected to hit the big screen in sometime during this year's summer.
