'Irudhi Suttru' Special Show: Positive Reviews From Celebrities!

Celebrities like Shilpa Shetty and Dia Mirza got emotional after catching a special screening of the forthcoming sports drama Irudhi Suttru (Saala Khadoos in Hindi).

Directed by Sudha Kongara, Irudhi Suttru is about a rustic fisherwoman, played by Ritika Singh, who R Madhavan's character, a boxing coach, grooms into a match-winning boxer.

Ritika couldn't hold back her tears at the screening held on Friday. "Everyone was crying, so even I got emotional," she said.

Shilpa simply "loved the movie". "Everyone was crying. Maddy (Madhavan) especially was outstanding," added the actress and entrepreneur, who has acted in many Tamil films.

Irudhi Suttru, which will hit the big screen worldwide on January 29th, has veterans Nassar and Radha Ravi in important roles.

Bankrolled by CV Kumar of Thirukumaran Entertainment, the film has music by Santhosh Narayanan. While cinematography has been handled by Sivakumar Vijayan, the sports based drama has been edited by Sathish Suriya.
