Pretty
actress
Nandhini,
who
will
be
making
her
Tamil
debut
in
Graghanam,
is
excited
about
the
project.
The
film
also
stars
Kreshna,
Chandran
of
Kayal
fame,
Karunas
and
Karunakaran
in
important
roles.
Nandhini,
who
has
acted
in
Telugu
and
Kannada
movies,
has
opened
up
about
her
role
in
the
upcoming
thriller
and
how
she
managed
to
bag
it,
in
an
interview
to
Times
of
India.
"I
came
to
Chennai
for
an
audition.
I
saw
many
pretty
girls
from
Mumbai
auditioning
for
the
role,
which
made
me
wonder
if
I
will
be
able
to
get
through.
Later,
I
gave
my
audition
that
went
on
for
nearly
two
hours.
I
went
back
to
Hyderabad
and
got
a
call
from
Elan
saying
that
I
made
it
for
the
female
lead
role.
I
couldn't
believe
it.
Nevertheless,
it
will
be
a
great
launch
for
me
in
Kollywood," she
has
said.
The
young
actress
has
said
she
had
to
undergo
a
lot
of
training
in
order
to
prepare
for
the
role.
She
is
paired
opposite
Kreshna
in
the
film,
which
is
being
directed
by
debutant
Elan.
"I
play
a
model,
who
aspires
to
become
an
actress.
My
character
is
very
bubbly,
but
at
the
same
time,
crucial
to
the
film's
script.
I
was
training
under
Mime
Gopi
for
several
weeks.
Kreshna
and
Chandran
are
two
phenomenal
actors.
I
had
to
compete
with
them.
So,
we
had
several
trial
shoots
before
the
actual
shoot
began."
Like
any
other
newcomer,
Nandhini
too,
feels
that
Tamil
film
industry
is
very
professional
in
going
about
its
business.
"Kollywood
films
are
very
realistic.
They
concentrate
on
acting
and
performance.
The
team
here
was
very
professional.
It
didn't
look
like
Elan's
debut
film.
He
was
very
oraganised
and
helpful.
I
am
looking
forward
to
my
debut."
