Shankar To Collaborate With Lyca Again For A Film Featuring Vadivelu In The Lead!

According to the latest buzz, Chimbu Deven may go back to his stronghold and direct a comedy flick with versatile actor Vadivelu in the lead.

If everything falls in place, we may witness a sequel to Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikesi, a historical comedy entertainer. The prequel too, was helmed by Chimbu Deven.

It is also said that, film-maker Shankar, who had bankrolled Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikesi, will collaborate with Lyca Productions in order to produce the film in a grand manner.

Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikesi, which had Vadivelu playing dual role, was not only a commercial success but also received positive reviews from critics.

The film revolves around a playful king, who is later replaced by his twin brother, who goes on to reform his kingdom and saves it from the clutches of his evil uncle and the British.
