We
had
earlier
reported
that
Thala
Ajith
may
take
up
two
projects
simultaneously,
once
he
fully
recovers
from
the
surgery,
owing
to
his
knee
injury.
Now,
a
leading
daily
has
confirmed
the
same.
While
Ajith's
next
project
(Thala
57)
with
director
Siva
is
a
certainty,
Vishnuvardhan's
collaboration
with
the
Billa
star
is
yet
to
be
confirmed,
but
likely
to
happen.
"While
Siva's
film
had
been
confirmed
long
back,
Ajith
is
yet
to
sign
on
the
dotted
line
for
Vishnuvardhan's
project," a
source
close
to
the
actor
has
told
the
English
daily.
It
is
said
that
the
Vedalam
director
is
trying
to
rope
in
Nayantara
and
Anirudh
and
that
the
film
is
likely
to
hit
the
big
screen
for
Diwali,
2016.
Since
Ajith
is
set
to
resume
work
after
a
long
hiatus,
he
would
preferably
want
to
treat
his
fans
with
back-to-back
releases
and
thus,
Vishnuvardhan's
flick
is
aimed
for
a
Pongal
release,
next
year.
According
to
the
report,
the
Arrambam
director
had
narrated
two
scripts
to
Ajith,
before
the
star
actor
zeroed
in
on
one.
