UNBELIEVABLE: Vijay Isn't Playing Dual Or Triple Role & Is This The Story Of 'Theri'?

With less than a month to go for the theatrical release of Ilayathalapathy Vijay's Theri, details about the film's plot have been making the rounds in various social and online media.

Though we will have to wait until April 14th to know if this version of the story is true, what's been served up on the plate is rather interesting.

Before we get to the plot that's been spreading like wild fire, reports have also claimed that Vijay will not be playing dual or triple role as speculated earlier.

Instead, the Puli star will only personate the role of a police officer with three different get-ups. The reason behind his different avatars is expected to hold interesting secrets, it is said.

Throwing the spotlight back to the plot of Theri; Nainika, who plays Vijay's daughter, is raised by 'Mottai' Rajendran in North India.

Vijay, who avenges his wife's death by ripping apart his enemies back in Tamil Nadu, joins Nainika to lead a peaceful life there after.

In the process, he meets his daughter's teacher, played by Amy Jackson. Where does the story head from there forms the crux of the story, it is said.
