Looks like major part of the story unfolds in Tirunelveli as the Theri star will be seen speaking in 'Nellai Tamil'. A dedicated actor that he is, Vijay has decided to perfect the slang, before acting it out in front of the camera.

"Vijay has taken some sincere efforts to learn the Nellai slang as he has to speak that slang for his role in the film. In fact, a Nellai Tamizh expert has been roped in to teach Vijay, the slang," a source close to the project has revealed.

Vijay will also be sporting a new look for the film. Bankrolled by Vijaya Productions, the movie has Aparna Vinod as one of the leading ladies.

Aparna (in the gallery below) had recently revealed that she plays a village girl in the action entertainer. Also starring Keerthi Suresh, Jagapati Babu and Satish in important roles, Vijay 60 will have its music composed by Santhosh Narayanan.

Meanwhile, director Karthik Subbaraj, who is basking in the success of his recently released Iraivi, has revealed why he couldn't collaborate with Vijay, as reported earlier.

The young film-maker, who shot to fame with his very first feature film, has said that his script was not written for a star as big as Vijay and that he will shortly join hands with the Kaththi actor when he zeroes in on the right script.
