Happy Birthday Atlee: The Director's Wife Wishes Him On His Special Day In The Sweetest Way
Last year, Atlee became the talk of the town for all the right reasons when his film Mersal opened to a thunderous response at the box office and received favourable reviews from the target audience. Featuring 'Thalapathy' Vijay in the lead role, it clicked with the masses thanks to the star's lively on-screen antics. The film also ran into trouble with the BJP because of a dialogue that made fun of GST. And, needless to say, this controversy helped it become an even bigger hit than expected.
Now, nearly a year after Mersal hit the screens, Atlee is in the news again and that too for a sweet reason. Earlier today (September 21, 2018), the director's wife Priya took to the social media and wished him a 'happy birthday' in the sweetest way possible.
In her heartfelt post, she said that Atlee was her 'everything' and added that he is the best friend a person can ask for in life.
