Reports suggest that the film has crossed the 200-Crore mark at the worldwide box office. According to a tweet by popular entertainment journalist LM Kaushik, the film went past the mark after 6 days of its run.

With this, Vijay has recorded yet another movie in the coveted 200 Crore club. According to the reports, Vijay's previous release Mersal, which was also a blockbuster hit, had made an entry to the 200-Crore club.

Vijay's movies have takers not only in Tamil Nadu but other regions as well. The film did make a record opening in Kerala. The film is expected to have done a good business in other South Indian states as well.
