RUMOUR HAS IT! Thala Ajith And Siva To Team Up Once Again?
Ajith Kumar, the Thala of Tamil cinema always keeps a low profile when it comes to both his personal and professional life. This is the major factor that fuels up speculations, especially in the case of the actor's upcoming projects. Interestingly, rumours regarding Thala Ajith's fifth collaboration with director Siva have been doing rounds in social media now.
If the reports are to be believed, Ajith is all set to team up with filmmaker Siva, for the fifth time in his career. As per the latest reports, the actor has already finalised the Siva directorial as his next project after Valimai. However, the actor-director duo has not confirmed the reports yet.
According to the rumour mills, the Thala Ajith-Siva duo's upcoming project will be a complete mass entertainer. The untitled project, which is said to be bankrolled by the renowned production banner Sathya Jyoti Films, will start rolling by the beginning of January 2021.
Ajith Kumar and Siva have joined hands in the past for some popular films including Veeram, Vedalam, Vivegam, and Viswasam, which were released in 2014, 2015, 2017, and 2019, respectively. Expect Vivegam, the action thriller which released in 2017, the actor-director duo's all films have emerged as great commercial successes.
Coming back to Ajith Kumar, the actor was shooting for his upcoming project Valimai before the all India lockdown began. The actor is said to be playing the role of a police officer in the movie, which is directed by H Vinoth. The shooting of the project, which features Yami Gautham and Huma Qureshi as the female leads, will restart immediately after the lockdown ends.
Director Shiva, on the other hand, is currently working on his upcoming project Annaatthe, which features superstar Rajinikanth in the lead role. The prestigious project, which is expected to hit the theaters in November 2020, is produced by Sun Pictures.
