Vijay Sethupathi To Reprise His Character In This Remake!

Vijay Sethupathi, the talented actor is the new busy bee of the South Indian film industry. The actor has some highly promising projects in the pipeline, in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi film industries. Reportedly, Vijay Sethupathi is all set to reprise his much-loved character from the recent superhit Oh My Kadavule, in the remake.

To the universe, Oh My Kadavule, the romantic comedy that featured Ashok Selvan and Ritika Singh in the lead roles, is getting a Telugu remake very soon. Vijay Sethupathi had made an extended cameo appearance in the Ashwanth Marimuthu directorial, in the role of the God. Reportedly, the makers of the Telugu remake are said to be highly impressed with the actor's performance and wants him to reprise the role in the remake.

According to the updates, Vijay Sethupathi has agreed to play the part in the Telugu remake and might sign the dotted line very soon. If the latest reports are to be believed, an official announcement on the actor's association with the much-awaited project will be made very soon.

Coming to his Tamil cinema career, Vijay Sethupathi will be next seen in Master, the upcoming action thriller which features Thalapathy Vijay in the lead role. The actor is playing the lead antagonist, a notorious goon named Bhavani in the movie, which is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Master is expected to hit the theaters once the lockdown ends.

Vijay Sethupathi is also a part of some highly promising projects including Mani Ratnam's OTT debut Navarasa, Delhiprasad Deenadayal's Tughlaq Durbar, Vignesh Shivan's Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, Kamal Haasan directorial Thalaivan Irukkindraan, and so on. He is also making his Bollywood debut with the upcoming Aamir Khan directorial Laal Singh Chaddha.
