Nithya Ravindar Reveals Secret: Actress Nithya Ravindar recently spoke about her film experiences in an interview organized by a leading media portal, where she accepted that she made a big mistake in her acting career.

Acted In 75 Films

Actress Nithya Ravindar, who made her debut as a child artist, has also acted as the heroine in some films. She is now acting in many serials on the small screen. Nithya said that she could not show it on her face that she has many talents. Nithya, who started acting at the age of five, claims to have acted in more than 75 films till date.

She was acting in many serials like Namma Veettu Ponnu, Thaalaattu, Sundari and Kannana Kanne, which ended recently on Sun TV. In this situation, many people are asking why she has not been seen in this serial for the past few months.

Not Getting Film Opportunities

The reason is that she had taken a break from acting for 6 months and went abroad to see her grandchild. "Initially, I acted in films in many languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, but now the reason I am not getting film opportunities is because I am focusing more on serials, now many people have branded me as a serial actress.

I regret for playing this one character in my life, I will not tell the name of the serial. They called me to act in it because the actress who was doing it earlier suddenly left the serial. I went to the shooting without asking much about the role but it was a negative character and it didn't suit me.

'I Shouldn't Have Done It'

Somehow I managed to act in it. But I couldn't speak in the dubbing session for the negative character, and that was the one character which made me to think I shouldn't have done it" says Nithya Ravindar.

She also mentioned that "Most of the directors are asking only for fresh faces nowadays. All those who were there 20 years ago are asking where to go."
